Renu Vidya Mandir offers an internship programme in teaching for external teacher trainees, providing hands-on experience in an inclusive classroom environment. The programme focuses on bridging theory and practice through classroom observation, supervised teaching, and lesson planning. Trainees learn to address diverse learning needs, including Children With Special Needs (CWSN), using inclusive strategies and adaptive methods. Guided by experienced educators, participants develop skills in classroom management, communication, and student engagement. The internship also includes involvement in co-curricular activities and school programmes. Upon completion, trainees receive certification, preparing them to become confident, skilled, and compassionate educators in inclusive education settings.

Our Mentorship Programme is designed to empower students by enhancing their communication, social, and life skills through regular interactive sessions with dedicated mentors. Each mentor provides personalized guidance, encouragement, and support, helping every student build confidence, improve interpersonal abilities, and prepare for a more independent and fulfilling future.
